It is worth mentioning that three pro-continental teams are strong teams and will definitely aim to win. From the start list we can find Androni Giocattoli – Venezuela (VEN), CCC Polsat Polkowice (POL) and Rusvelo (RUS).

Tour of Estonia has brought here also some new and interesting continental teams for example Amore & Vita (UKR), Astana (KAZ) continental team, Synergy Baku Cycling Project (AZE) and Concordia Forsikring – Riwal (DEN).

And once again we can find Christina Watches – Onfone (DEN) ja Rietumu Delfin (LAT) on the start list stating that racing in Estonia is interesting and coming back is worth it.

About the teams

Race Director Indrek Kelk: “It seems that the teams are quite even this year meaning that today we can’t possibly now who will win the tour. It is likely that pro-continental teams will try to use their strength and experience to win, but I am sure that strong continental teams will put up a fight.”

Tour of Estonia belongs to the programme of Estonian Cycling Weekend that starts in Viimsi (10x12,5) on the 30th of May and continues on the same with Tallinn Old Town ITT (3 km). Second day takes us from Tallinn to Tartu (192 km), third day and final day of Tour of Estonia takes place in Tartu, cycling weekend ends on the 2nd of June with the cyclosportif SEB 32nd Tartu Rattaralli.
