Your starting point is the town of Viimsi, which is located on a peninsula slightly north of Estonia’s capital of Tallinn. From Viimsi’ perch on the coastline several of Estonia’s 1,500 outlying islands are visible, including Naissaar, Prangli, and Aksi.
 

Viimsi offers the opportunity to relax in picturesque surroundings, with a pleasant beach and an open air museum as well as a venue dedicated to Estonian folk culture. Visit also the Museum of Coastal Folk.
